Anthony is one of a small number of boys worldwide affected by CASK gene disorder — a rare and devastating genetic brain condition. Today, there is no cure and no approved disease-modifying treatment.

Faced with this reality, his mother, Terry, chose action. She founded CASK Warriors Foundation with a clear mission: accelerate research, build awareness, and help move the field from diagnosis toward real solutions.

Because of rapid progress in genetic medicine and neuroscience, hope is no longer abstract — it’s a scientific path we can pursue. With your support, we can help drive the research, partnerships, and momentum needed to change the future for Anthony and other boys like him.

CASK Warriors Foundation exists to bridge the gap between a CASK diagnosis and the therapies families are still waiting for — with a special focus on boys, who are often the most severely affected.

This foundation was born out of love for a remarkable boy named Anthony.

CASK Warriors Foundation exists to accelerate the path from diagnosis to meaningful solutions for individuals affected by CASK Gene Disorder — an ultra-rare and life-threatening neurological condition.

We are raising funds to support the research, data, and scientific collaboration needed to enable the development of effective, individualized treatments. Our goal is to help close the gap between today’s supportive care and tomorrow’s disease-altering therapies.

Because boys with CASK Gene Disorder are often the most severely affected and historically underrepresented in research, our initial focus prioritizes supporting this population while working toward solutions that benefit all individuals living with CASK.

We believe that advancing science responsibly — with urgency, rigor, and compassion — offers the best chance to change outcomes not only for CASK, but eventually for other rare genetic conditions as well.
